I won't draw: Explicit NSFW (light suggestive or artistic nudity is fine), heavy gore, self harm, anything relating to homophobia, racism, transphobia, etc, heavy drug use (anything beyond weed), human/humanoid characters, heavy mech characters.Suggestive artwork and artistic nudity is 18+ only, a valid ID must be provided. No examples will be shown until ID is given.

Last updated: 12.01.2025• I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. By commissioning me you are agreeing to my terms of service. Breaking these terms will lead to you being blacklisted from my commissions at minimum.• I will give full refunds up until a sketch has been approved. (Sketches are typically finished within an hour or two within me confirming I have started). If a sketch has been approved, and you need to cancel, I can offer a partial refund, (25%). I do not offer refunds once I am already in the colouring phase of artwork.• I will not create any kind of suggestive artwork* without having proof of age shown first, (18 or over), in the form of a valid ID.• By commissioning me I have the right to use the finished artwork as promotion for my art. If you would prefer an art piece to be private or anonymous - please let me know. (I’m happy to do this for free!)• I do not consent to the use of my work in anything related to homophobia, racism, ableism, transphobia, etc - nor will I create anything related to this. If you use any of my artwork in this way, you will be banned from further commissioning me in any way.• Before I start the commission please fully outline what you’re wanting - specifics are encouraged! Feel free to write paragraphs, draw out examples to show your meaning, etc. I will show works in progress throughout, to keep you involved and make sure I’m creating exactly what you want. Upon completion, I will offer one free revision - unless it exceeds over an hour of work. Extras will cost an additional fee depending on complexity.• Any characters or designs you want drawn must be owned by yourself, or you must have clear written permission from the character’s owner, I will not retexture stolen designs, characters, etc. By commissioning me you are confirming that you either own or have permission to use the characters/art/ref sent to me for the commission. If I find out you have stolen a character or design, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me in any way, and the original owner will be alerted.• Please keep in mind that my art takes time, and the price also reflects this - I will give updates throughout the process, but please be patient. Spam messages, calls, or pinging will result in you being blacklisted from further commissioning me.
Unless you’re someone I know prior to the commission, all conversation throughout the commission should be regarded to the work. This is due to past uncomfortable situations. Commissioning me for artwork is not consent. If you begin to make the conversation uncomfortable in any way, I reserve the right to cancel the commission and blacklist you where needed.• I will only start work after full or at least 50% of the payment has been sent.• I do not permit usage of my name, logo, likeness, designs, or artwork, (unless the artwork is directly commissioned by yourself of course), without prior written permission from myself.• Credit must be given to myself when my artwork is posted online or otherwise used. This can be through linking one or more of my socials, or crediting @stoatkin.• You may not remove my watermark from any pieces you receive. Refusal to give credit, or attempts to remove my watermark will result in being blacklisted from further commissions. You also may not heavily edit or change my artwork without asking first - I am happy to edit small parts where wanted, I am not comfortable with heavy edits by others to my artwork!• Do not trace, heavily reference, or copy my artwork, designs, or logo in any way.• I currently do not allow commercial uses with my artwork unless this is discussed with myself prior to the commission. Price will increase accordingly depending on the use.• I do not consent to any of my work, (including but not limited to: artwork, designs, and retextures), being used with/for AI, crypto, or NFTs, in any way, shape, or form. I retain full copyright over all of my artwork past and present, unless we have agreed otherwise and I have given written confirmation.* The term suggestive depends on the request itself and is in regards to anything I deem as adult content. This includes anything overtly sexual in text, clothing, or pose and is case specific.
